In 2012 we're going to launch a new MMORPG browsergame based on fishing. We think we will be done within 5 months with the technical side, we're already on our way.
It will be a game in eagle top down view. (like the Pokémon RPG's, but not in that design style) We prefer this style (environment, water... not characters):

(3800x2600 px maps) Also 3 tournament maps. About 50+ objects, 50+ customizable characters, 30+ gadgets / rods, 50+ different types of bait, 50+ trees and flowers and MUCH more.
We know it is a lot of work and we've $10.000-$25.000 dollars available for this job.
Our technical team is creating everything now with some blurry images from the web, but all in the good sizes. They will tell you exactly what you need to create in which size and which technical restrictions are neccesary.
So now we're looking for an artist (freelancer) who have enough experience for this huge project and can show us a portfolio. You need to be available within 2-3 months. After we've seen your portfolio and we like your stell we will send you a huge .doc with more detailed info about this job. Also we will need you for a long term relationship for new updates etc.
